Savoy cabbage

Savoy cabbage is a distinct variety of cabbage known for its crinkled, ruffled leaves and tender texture. Its leaves are loosely layered compared to the dense, compact head of white cabbage, and range from deep green on the outside to lighter yellow-green toward the center.
